RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have brought from The Sport Depot you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging, labels and proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

The following goods may not be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty:

• Shoes that have been worn outside
• Base Layers or Crop Tops that have been worn
• Any other items of clothing that are not in their original packaging

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce for larger items and Royal Mail for smaller items). We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

You have 3 options to ensure that you receive your replacement goods as soon as possible. If you are after the product(s) in a rush, we recommend that you order a replacement product online as soon as possible when you know that you will have to return the original goods. This means you will have what you need without unnecessary delay, rather than having to wait.
Should you wish for your return to be processed and for an exchange to take place then please include the relevant information regarding the alternative goods you require. In the case that you do not wish to place another order or exchange the goods and would like a full refund, let us know and we will do this as soon as we receive your order back.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us and for postage cost for us to send out the replacement, except where the product is found to be faulty in which case we will cover all postage costs.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods come with a 12 months manufacture defect warranty, if any item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use the following action needs to be taken:

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt
We will exchange the faulty item at our expense. On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that we can reimburse this charge.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old
Please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault.

On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that if the item is found to be faulty, we can reimburse this charge. In some cases where there is no manufacturing fault we may offer to repair the item at your cost, if you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we proceed.
